A highly regarded Financial Planning firm in Brighton is seeking an Administration Manager to lead and support a team of 12. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong leadership skills and financial services experience who enjoys fostering development and ensuring smooth operational delivery.
While this role is fully office-based, youll be joining a collaborative and supportive environment where personal and professional growth is encouraged.
The Role
1. Lead, motivate and develop a team of 12 administrators (with team leader support for some 1:1s)
2. Oversee the smooth running of client support operations in a busy IFA practice
3. Support process improvements and help embed best practice across the team
4. Work closely with advisers, paraplanners, and management to ensure a first-class client service
5. Encourage and support staff with exams and career progression
The Ideal Candidate
6. Previous team leadership/management experience within financial services
7. Knowledge of Intelligent Office (IO) system (preferred)
8. Professional qualifications such as CII/CISI CF1 / R01R06 (advantageous but not essential)
9. A strong communicator with excellent organisational skills
10. Keen to continue developing personally and professionally
