Location: Remote (UK residents only)
Working Hours: Monday - Friday 09:00 - 17:30

Overall Purpose of Job
Are you passionate about business compliance and optimizing third-party relationships? We seek a dedicated Third Party Risk Management and Supplier Manager to enhance our TPRM framework and organizational capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
1. Support the strategic vision and development plan of P&P.
2. Monitor external market trends related to TPRM and identify improvement opportunities.
3. Promote a culture of value from partnering with the P&P function.
4. Manage challenges from the BRM community regarding TPRM assurance and best practices.
5. Develop skills within the procurement and wider organization to improve TPRM.
6. Contribute to operational plans to develop the TPRM function.
7. Assist Senior Sourcing and Supplier Managers on key projects.
8. Support lower value sourcing activities to ensure compliance.
9. Enhance the capability of the BRM community to manage risk and improve value.
10. Ensure material outsource and strategic suppliers have compliant TPRM processes.
11. Verify sub-outsourcing and due diligence across the third-party base.
12. Apply TPRM best practices to optimize contracts and outcomes.
13. Conduct clinics and communications to improve TPRM compliance.
14. Support TPRM queries and framework development.
15. Maintain tools and templates for TPRM activities.
16. Review assurance reports, identify gaps, and plan remediations.
17. Perform quality assurance on TPRM activities.
18. Prepare content for cost optimization meetings.
19. Manage procurement activity and update TPRM records.
Experience, Knowledge, Skills
* Experience in third-party risk management within Financial Services
* Supporting sourcing activities
* Knowledge of contractual and commercial terms
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Understanding of financial regulations
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

* Degree preferred
