We offer a highly competitive package designed to attract a top tier operator who can drive real results across the business.

About Us

We are the clear market leader in our sector and one of the fastest growing car buying companies in the world. In the UK we generate over 100,000 customer enquiries each month and facilitate the purchase of thousands of vehicles through our high traffic websites and nationwide operations. We have now launched across the United States, with multiple states already operational and an ambitious plan to expand nationwide.

Our rapid expansion and success have been driven by outstanding people, a strong culture, and our ability to lean into the advantages of cutting edge technology. We have been established for over 15 years, are highly profitable, and have achieved this scale without external funding.

Our target is to reach a billion dollar valuation within the next 5 years while continuing to scale our impact, including over £1,000,000 already donated to charity.

As we expand, we intend to offer equity participation to those who make an exceptional impact.

The Role: Execution, Accountability, and OKR Ownership

This is not a traditional Chief of Staff role.

This role is responsible for owning and running the company-wide OKR framework, ensuring that strategic priorities are translated into measurable outcomes and delivered across every team.

You will not be designing theory or sitting above execution. You will be in it, running it, enforcing it, and improving it.

You will work closely with founders and leadership, but your focus is ensuring

* Goals are clear and aligned across the business
* Ownership is defined with no ambiguity
* Progress is tracked in real time
* Delivery happens consistently and at pace

A key part of the role is running high quality planning and brainstorming sessions that extract the best thinking from teams and convert it into clear, actionable plans. Applicants need to be very detail-oriented too.

You will also be responsible for holding teams accountable, challenging when needed, and ensuring there is no ambiguity around ownership or delivery.

Key Responsibilities

* Own and run the company wide OKR framework across all departments
* Ensure OKRs are properly structured, measurable, and aligned to business outcomes
* Drive adoption and consistent usage of OKRs across the business
* Select, implement, and optimise OKR software platforms
* Ensure all teams are using the system properly, consistently, and effectively
* Train teams and leaders on how to use the tools to drive real performance
* Drive accountability across the organisation
* Track progress weekly and monthly
* Challenge underperformance and ensure delivery against agreed objectives
* Facilitate high quality planning and brainstorming sessions
* Run structured workshops that produce clear priorities and actionable outputs
* Ensure meetings result in decisions, ownership, and timelines
* Ensure every project and goal has a clear owner and deadline
* Run the operating cadence of the business
* Lead quarterly planning, monthly reviews, and regular performance check ins
* Maintain pace and focus across all teams
* Identify blockers, risks, and misalignment early
* Step in to resolve issues and keep teams moving
* Improve collaboration and alignment across teams in the UK and US
* Provide concise, outcome focused reporting to directors
* Drive a culture of urgency, accountability, and continuous improvement

What We’re Looking For

We are specifically looking for someone with deep, hands on experience running OKRs or similar performance frameworks. This is not a role for someone who has only been exposed to OKRs at a high level.

You must be able to demonstrate that you have owned, implemented, and managed these systems in practice, including the tools behind them.

* Several years of direct experience running OKRs or similar frameworks across multiple teams or departments
* Strong hands on experience with OKR software platforms, including setting up, managing, and driving adoption of the tools
* Proven ability to use these systems to drive real performance, not just track activity
* Demonstrable experience holding teams and individuals accountable to targets and delivery
* Strong track record of facilitating effective brainstorming sessions, workshops, and planning meetings that lead to action
* Experience ensuring clear ownership and delivery across complex, multi team environments
* Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and follow through
* Confident working with senior stakeholders and able to challenge constructively
* Commercially aware, able to link goals and activity to business outcomes
* Hands on, proactive, and comfortable operating in a fast moving, high growth environment
* Strong communicator who can create clarity, alignment, and momentum across the business
* Resilient, direct, and focused on delivery rather than theory

Location and Flexibility

Our offices are based on the South Coast at Tangmere and Portchester. The role can be office based, hybrid, or remote for the right candidate, with regular in person collaboration expected.

Why Join Us?

* Competitive salary and performance based bonus
* Opportunity for equity participation for exceptional performers
* Real ownership of how the business plans, executes, and delivers
* Direct exposure to founders and involvement in scaling a high growth international business
* A culture that rewards pace, ownership, and results

Benefits and Perks

* Pension package
* Comprehensive wellbeing and employee support programme
* Discounted gym memberships and on demand GP service
* Retail and leisure discounts across major brands
* Regular team events including summer and Christmas parties
* Free food Fridays and fresh fruit for on site staff
* Free on site parking
* Discounted garage services for vehicle owners
* Counselling and financial assistance helplines
