A fantastic opportunity to join a well-established company in the motor trade. Based in Portsmouth town centre (with parking), the successful candidate will take on a range of Accounts Assistant duties including:
* Sales ledger duties - creation and inputting of invoices
* Purchase ledger - payment runs, all associated administration, matching, coding etc
* Credit control - keeping debt low, managing creditors and calling customers / insurance companies
* Credit card reconciliations
* Some general administration - documenting any damage to vehicles or parking fine administration, filing, answering occasional calls, etc
The company uses Quickbooks software, so previous experience of this would be highly beneficial. The company works Monday - Friday 8.30-5.30pm in office.
