* Hours: Various Full Time, Part Time and Bank Contracts are available.
* Hourly Rate: From £13.33

Your Responsibilities:
* Put service users’ wishes at the centre of care.
* Support the efficient running of the service.
* Help service users maintain relationships and community links.
* Follow care plans and report any changes in needs.
* Attend required training and gain relevant qualifications.

* Support users’ relationships with important people.
* Work within Fundamental Standards and CQC requirements.
* Follow all policies and procedures.
