As they continue to expand across the UK and beyond, they are seeking an ambitious Marketing Manager to lead their dynamic marketing efforts from their Belfast HQ.

The Role

As Marketing Manager, you'll take the reins of a multi-channel marketing function. From strategy through to execution, you’ll play a pivotal role in elevating the brand, capturing new customers, and deepening engagement with existing ones.

Key Responsibilities

4. Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies.

5. Manage digital channels including website, email, SEO, PPC, and social media (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok).

6. Lead content creation—blogs, articles, editorials, advertorials, and case studies.

7. Conduct market and competitor research to inform strategy.

8. Plan and execute marketing campaigns, webinars, and promotions.

9. Oversee marketing budget and track ROI.

10. Identify and nurture strategic partnerships and influencer collaborations.

11. Organise and attend trade events, shows, and exhibitions.

12. Create segmented content strategies tailored to customer personas.

13. Drive thought leadership initiatives and manage PR/editorial opportunities.

14. Report on KPIs and deliver actionable insights.

15. Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams.

Essential Criteria

16. Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline.

17. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

18. Proven track record in digital and traditional marketing.

19. Experience developing creative content and marketing materials.

20. Strong organisational and analytical skills.

21. Proficiency in SEO, email marketing, social media, and Adobe Creative Suite.

22. Confident managing social accounts and paid campaigns.

23. Flexible, adaptive, and able to work independently.

Desirable Criteria

24. Additional marketing certifications.

25. Experience in the outdoor hospitality or travel sector.

26. Agency and in-house marketing experience.

27. SEO copywriting and editorial skills.

28. Experience with persona development and audience segmentation.

29. Paid advertising experience (Google Ads, Meta Ads).

30. Experience running webinars and virtual events.
