The Role
We are expanding our commercial team in the UK and are looking for a driven sales professional to accelerate our growth in the senior living and healthcare sector. In this role, you will work closely with our existing Business Development Manager and the broader UK team to expand Nobi’s presence in the UK market. Together you will identify new opportunities, build strong relationships with key stakeholders and convert opportunities into impactful partnerships and sales. You will combine strategic opportunity development with hands‑on deal execution, helping care providers adopt technology that improves both resident safety and staff efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Drive Commercial Growth in the UK
* Identify and develop new business opportunities within the UK care home, retirement living and healthcare sectors.
* Build and nurture relationships with decision‑makers across care home groups, healthcare organisations and partner networks.
* Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals and product demonstrations to prospective customers.
* Close commercial deals and contribute directly to UK revenue growth.
Develop the Market
* Conduct market research to identify trends, emerging segments and new opportunities within the UK senior living and healthcare landscape.
* Represent Nobi at trade shows, industry events and networking opportunities to strengthen our market presence.
* Leverage industry connections to open doors and accelerate sales cycles.
Manage Relationships & Partnerships
* Manage and grow relationships with existing customers and partners across the UK.
* Ensure excellent customer experience and support long‑term account development.
Collaborate Internally
* Work closely with the UK sales colleague, marketing, product and customer success teams to ensure successful project implementation and client satisfaction.
* Provide market feedback to help refine Nobi’s product offering and positioning.
* Support the documentation and follow‑up of pilots and new projects.
What We’re Looking For
* 8+ years of experience in business development or B2B sales
* Proven ability to build relationships and close deals
* Strong existing network within the UK care home / senior living sector
* Experience in healthcare, medtech, SaaS or senior living
* Understanding of the UK Health & Social Care landscape is a strong plus
* Strong communication and presentation skills
* Comfortable working in a scale‑up environment with autonomy
* Willingness to travel across the UK
