Job Overview
We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Aircraft Cleaners to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that all aircraft interiors are cleaned to the highest standards, contributing to a positive experience for passengers and crew. This position requires a strong commitment to quality and customer service, as well as the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Duties
* Perform thorough cleaning of aircraft interiors, including seats, carpets, windows, and lavatories.
* Use appropriate cleaning agents and equipment while adhering to safety protocols.
* Conduct inspections of cleaned areas to ensure compliance with quality standards.
* Report any damages or maintenance issues observed during cleaning to the supervisor.
* Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of cleaning tasks.
* Provide excellent customer service by responding positively to any passenger or crew inquiries regarding cleanliness.
Qualifications
* Previous experience in a cleaning or customer service role is preferred but not essential.
* Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
* Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
* Excellent communication skills, with an emphasis on customer service.
* A valid driver's licence is desirable for transportation purposes within the airport premises.
* Flexibility to work various shifts, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends as required.

In order to work at Gatwick Airport, you will require an Airside Pass. To obtain this, you should:
· Be able to provide 5 years checkable references - employment, education, benefit
· Provide a CRC/DBS (criminal record check)
· Hold photographic ID (Passport/Driving Licence)
