Personal Injury Solicitor (NQ-2)
An established Scottish law firm is seeking a Personal Injury Solicitor (NQ-2) to join its highly regarded Personal Injury team, rated Legal 500 Tier 1, based in Edinburgh. This full-time role offers hybrid working flexibility.
About the RoleYou will primarily work on the defence of a wide range of personal injury claims for leading insurer clients. This includes motor, EL/PL and potentially disease claims, depending on experience. There will also be opportunities to assist senior team members on more complex and higher-value cases.
The role involves preparation and conduct of contentious hearings, with some court appearance experience preferred.
Candidate Profile
* NQ-2 in personal injury or related litigation
* Experience or willingness to conduct hearings and court appearances
* Excellent client care skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team
* High levels of motivation, initiative and attention to detail in legal work and reporting
