We are looking for a Level 4 QCF (or equivalent) advisor to give support within the Tax, Protection, Investments and Trusts space, for a national wealth client.
You will be expected too:
* Provide technical support to the business regarding the different products on offer.
* Support the team with the Investments Advice Guidance Framework
* To provide a First-Class technical query resolution service, via phones, email and Live Chat, adhering to agreed standards, to agreed service levels.
* Provide ’added value’ services to the business as required.
* Personally contribute to the continuous improvement of the technical query resolution service
The key responsibilities of the role include:
1. Accurately resolve technical queries received via Live Chat, phone, email, and any other digital media.
2. Support the delivery of core service as required by the operation within agreed service levels.
3. Takes personal responsibility for improving own technical knowledge, product/process/system knowledge as well as service skills.
4. Ensures that personal coaching and mentoring needs are proactively raised and resolved with line manager.
5. Takes personal responsibility in achieving the quality assurance targets set within the requirements of the QA framework in place.
