Join a bold and values-led organisation Impactful work with a supportive team environment SCHADS Level 3 super, Fixed term, Mat Leave, 12 months, start 24th Nov - 4th Dec 2026 Your new role Support young people, couples, and families aged 15 to 25 who are homeless or at risk of becoming homeless. The goal is to help them find safe housing and build a better future. You will work closely with each person to understand their needs and help them reach their goals. Your ability to support them with practical things like cooking, budgeting, and finding a job or training will enable them to access short-term and long-term housing options and connect them to Services that can help and speak up for them when needed.
