Those Huge Small Victories
Our Teaching Assistants are fulfilled by making even the smallest positive changes in our young people. We celebrate these "huge small victories"—small on the surface, but making a big difference over time.
You’ll work with children and young people with Autistic Spectrum Disorder, Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs. You’ll help them learn, develop, and boost their self-esteem. Resilience and dedication are key, and the rewards of your efforts will be meaningful.
It can be challenging, but the positive progress will be rewarding. As a Teaching Assistant at Witherslack Group, you’ll receive support, excellent colleagues, well-resourced environments, and opportunities to build a rewarding career.

The core of the school is its pupils, supported by a dedicated staff team. The school caters to young people with ADHD, ASD, Asperger’s, or SEMH needs.
