Service Advisor
Location: Newbury
Salary: £30,000 basic per annum + bonus, OTE £38,000+ with company benefits
Working hours: Monday to Friday 8am to 6pm, 1 in 4 Saturday mornings on a rota

Responsibilities
* Interact with customers to book vehicle service appointments, gather requirements, and advise on costs, timescales and service details.
* Manage a high volume of work within a busy dealership while maintaining a high standard of customer service.
Qualifications
* Previous motor trade experience; independent garage experience considered.
* Steady work history.
* At least 2 years’ experience as a Service Advisor within the motor trade or car dealership.
* Pinnacle or Kerridge experience preferred, but not essential; familiarity with dealership systems.
* Confident, friendly and professional individual with strong customer‑service background.
