Job Description
3. Key Responsibilities:
4. Manage accurate student records across the academic lifecycle using EBS Tribal (EBS)
5. Administer enrolment, registration, assessments, progression, awards and graduation processes
6. Support Assessment Boards, including results processing and implementing decisions
7. Produce official student documentation such as transcripts and award letters
8. Monitor student engagement, progression and compliance through reporting
9. Prepare and validate data for statutory and regulatory returns
10. Ensure compliance with academic regulations, UKVI, fee and CMA requirements
11. Support academic governance, quality assurance and appeals processes
The Successful Applicant
Essential:
12. Proven experience working in higher education administration (e.g. Registry)
13. Minimum 1 year of hands‑on experience using EMS Tribal (EBS)
14. Strong expertise in designing, building and running reports within EMS Tribal
15. Ability to guide, support and train colleagues on EMS Tribal functionality
16. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data handling
17. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage deadlines
18. Confident user of IT systems and Microsoft Office
Desirable:
19. Degree or relevant professional qualification
20. Experience supporting academic committees and governance processes
21. Understanding of equality, diversity and inclusion within higher education
