Salary: Starting from £42,215, based on your skills and experience.
Your Mission:
As a Procurement Professional, you will play a vital role in our Supply Chain Lifecycle. Here’s what you’ll be doing:
* Lead the Charge: Manage sourcing, negotiating, placing, and overseeing contracts.
* Data-Driven Decisions: Develop and maintain effective reporting on cost management, supplier performance, and schedule deliverables.
* Digital Documentation: Create and manage contracts using our digital purchasing systems (SAP).
* Collaborative Problem Solver: Work closely with suppliers and cross-functional teams to meet project milestones.
* Accountability: Take ownership of all Supply Chain activities within your area and support your team as needed.
* Support Our Goals: Help deliver the SSNA Electrical Equipment Procurement Plan.
Your Skills and Experiences:
We’re looking for someone with:
* Experience in Supply Chain or Procurement.
* Exceptional communication skills, with a knack for engaging stakeholders and delivering impactful presentations.
* Strong IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Office and SAP.
* A background in placing and managing contracts in a fast-paced environment.
* A willingness to travel when necessary.

About the Supply Chain Electrical IDT Team:
In this role, you will ensure the delivery of materials and services that meet our Supply Chain requirements—on budget, on schedule, and in full compliance with technical and quality standards. We also offer relocation support packages for eligible candidates across all Submarines roles.
