Business Development Assistant | Competitive salary plus excellent benefits | Sutton Coldfield / West Midlands | Full Time | 12 month Fixed term Contract Spire Healthcare are currently recruiting for an experienced Business Development Assistant. The role of the Business Development Assistant will be to provide a range of support functions across the business development landscape including Marketing, Sales and Engagement. This is a hub role, working across our 3 hospitals within the hub. You will be based at our Little Aston Hospital in Sutton Coldfield 3 days per week, 1 day in Worcester and 1 day in Solihull. Duties and Responsibilities Support the Hub Business Development Executive to deliver business development initiatives, education, patient events and communications on time and in line with Hub growth plans The post holder will be expected to act as a brand guardian holding an intimate knowledge of our brand, group marketing strategy and point of sale literature including patient information literature Support the design of point of sale and patient information literature making this available to operational colleagues to replenish stock as needed. Support the generation of content for Spire social media channels Maintain content for the Hub hospitals' website pages, acting as local content manager for the hospitals, this would include briefing new treatment pages and consultant profiles to the central digital team Provide support in the organisation and operational management of on and off-site patient events, some evening/weekend work may be necessary Working Hours: 09:00-17:00 Monday to Friday and some evening working due to events. Contract Type: 12 month Fixed Term Contract What we are looking for: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and spoken Exceptional written skills and a keen eye for detail Experience of copy writing and proof reading Full UK driving license, to drive between hub Spire Hospitals in Sutton Coldfield, Solihull, and Worcester.
