The business are looking for a proactive and hands on Finance Manager / Company Accountant to take ownership of day-to-day finance operations and deliver accurate, timely financial reporting. This role suits someone who enjoys working closely with the Managing Director, supporting commercial decision making while ensuring the finance function runs smoothly and efficiently.
You will lead a small finance team, oversee all transactional activity and produce management accounts / financial reporting. This is a varied, end-to-end role where youll be involved in everything from ledger oversight to strategic input.
With the business switching to Xero in the near future, any hands-on experience with the platform would really strengthen your application and help you hit the ground running!
