HR Coordinator- Competitive Salary- Winsford

We are seeking an experienced and practiced HR Coordinator to join our People Team here at SRL.

In this role, you will support the People Team in a variety of essential tasks aimed at ensuring smooth and effective people operations within the company.

The HR Coordinator will assist with all things people operations. They will have impact on the full dynamic employee lifecycle. This will include supporting recruitment, employee relations, training, and payroll processing.

Being able to process and understand people-data and previous experience of ATS, HRIS and payroll systems are essential.

This position offers an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their HR career in a dynamic and fast-paced industry. This position will be based on site at our Winsford office.

As HR Coordinator, you will report to the HR Business Partner and play a key role in supporting the team.

Your responsibilities will include:

* People Operations Support: Provide administrative and transactional support across people operations including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations. • HR Administration: Maintain people systems, databases, and records.
* Training & Development: Cooperate with our internal training teams on scheduling training and inductions for the teams.
* Payroll & Benefits: Cooperate with our benefits and payroll team to ensure smooth payroll across the business each month.
* Recruitment: Assist with the recruitment team in job vacancies, screening candidates, scheduling interviews. Manage the preparation of employment contracts and other relevant documentation for new employees.
* HR Projects: Support various people and data led initiatives to drive company success.


Person Specification (Skills, Experience, Knowledge)

Essential:

*
* Strong administrative experience within a people operation team.
* Strong knowledge of human resource practices, including some experience in employee relations.
* Previous experience in a HR team, ideally within a construction or traffic management environment.
* Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact confidently and confidentially at all levels.
* Knowledge of HR processes, employment law, and compliance.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and HR software systems.
* A proactive and solution-oriented approach to problem-solving.


Qualifications.

*
* A relevant HR qualification (CIPD Level 3 or equivalent) or equivalent experience is preferred but not required.
