The Role As a General Manager, you’ll take full ownership of your buildings, leading teams to deliver an exceptional member experience while driving strong commercial outcomes. You’ll balance day‑to‑day operational excellence with longer‑term strategy, working closely with multiple stakeholders across the business. What You’ll Be Doing Leading, motivating, and developing high‑performing teams across two sites Owning the end‑to‑end member journey and setting the standard for service and experience Managing recruitment, on-boarding, performance, probations, and team development Driving a strong culture of accountability, collaboration, and growth Taking full responsibility for site P&Ls, budgets, and EBITDA performance Working closely with Sales and Marketing to support viewings, retention, and commercial success Partnering with Facilities and Health & Safety teams to ensure safe, well‑maintained buildings Managing complex stakeholder relationships and delivering results in a fast‑paced environment Requirements Extensive experience as a people manager in the hospitality, retail or co-working industry. Demonstrated success managing people, performance, and culture across complex environments Financial awareness, cost effective building management, managing budgets. Highly refined verbal and writing communication skills. Good organisation skills and dedication to completing projects in a timely manner. Proactive, detail oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Individual with exceptional customer service skills and passionate about delivering exceptional experiences.
