Your role

Lead the day:to:day delivery of the service and support your team
:
Build and maintain positive relationships with partners and stakeholders
:
Manage budgets and oversee financial performance
:
Effectively manage and market homes/voids
:
Recruit, develop and motivate your team to achieve great outcomes
:
Ensure health and safety standards are met and adapt working hours when needed
Your skills

Experience in a managerial role within a similar service
:
Strong leadership, problem:solving and communication skills
:
Ability to work calmly under pressure and support people in a personalised way
:
Confidence liaising with partners and stakeholders
:
Full valid driving licence and willingness to travel
:
Confident using IT systems and experienced in supporting people with disabilities
