£13ph to £15.38ph dependant on experience.
*please note this role is a 12-month contract role however can be extended due to performance and business need*

They are currently looking to add an experienced Administrator to their team! Reporting into the Admin manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day admin duties, including but not limited to:
* Ensuring smooth office daily operations; continuously improving the office environment and handling staff requests/complaints.
* Managing office supplies and stock in an organized and trackable system.
* Raising purchase orders, receiving services/goods, and processing payments promptly.
* Providing timely support to supervisors and departments.
* Generating invitation letters, booking transportation and accommodation for visitors and staff business trips.
* Maintaining communication with suppliers and reporting issues promptly.
* Occasionally covering reception duties if required.
Experience:
We are seeking candidates with previous experience in an administration or coordination role. The ideal candidate will have a proactive attitude, be well-organized, and proficient in Microsoft Office packages including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
