Job Description:
* Desk Engineering Assistant Manager (12 months)
* Communicate professionally and adaptably with all levels, reporting to Desk Operations Manager
* Manage settlement of Total Loss claims, including obtaining policy info, indemnity checks, payment requests, and confirmations, and MIAFTR entry
* Engage with Davies Tech team
* Ensure targets are met and maintained
* Produce daily statistics
* Develop team to meet client SLAs through support, coaching, and feedback
* Maintain high staff engagement
* Conduct regular performance and audit reviews
* Focus on continuous improvement to deliver excellent customer service
* Challenge processes for ongoing improvement of best practices
