Rated ‘Good’ by Ofsted, the school offers a nurturing, well-resourced environment with small class sizes and a strong therapeutic approach. The role involves supporting pupils on a 1:1 and small group basis, promoting engagement, independence and emotional wellbeing. Requirements The desired Complex Needs Teaching Assistant will have; Experience of working with children or young people with complex needs/SEND A patient, nurturing and adaptable approach A passion for supporting individual progress and wellbeing An ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team What we offer As a Complex Needs Teaching Assistant, part of our team, you benefit from: Excellent daily rates paid using the PAYE system.
