REGIONAL MANAGER Adult Social Care and Autism Services
LOCATION: West of Scotland and Northern Services
Compass Associates are supporting a respected, values-led social care organisation in the recruitment of a Regional Manager to lead a diverse portfolio of adult services across the West of Scotland and wider northern regions.
This is a senior leadership role combining strategic oversight with hands-on operational leadership. The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping service delivery, strengthening governance, quality and supporting future service development within a growing and ambitious organisation.
THE ROLE
As Regional Manager, you will be a key member of the Regional Leadership Team with responsibility for:
* Providing strategic and operational leadership across a portfolio of housing support and outreach services
* Leading, coaching and supporting Service Managers and senior teams
* Oversight of service delivery, quality and performance across the region
* Strengthening governance, inspection readiness and regulatory relationships
* Working closely with Local Authority Commissioners and sector regulators
* Supporting service consolidation, development and growth opportunities
* Embedding a positive, supportive leadership culture aligned with advanced autism practice
* This role offers a balance of strategic influence and visible leadership, with scope to shape services and contribute to longer-term organisational growth.
ABOUT YOU

* Confidence working with regulators, commissioners and external stakeholders

* You will be an effective communicator and relationship-builder, able to influence, challenge and support teams while maintaining high standards of care and governance.
LOCATION AND WORKING ARRANGEMENTS
* The role covers services across the West of Scotland and wider northern regions.
* Location is flexible, with a blend of home working and travel to regional offices and services as required.
CANDIDATE SUITABILITY NOTE
This role requires senior-level experience overseeing multiple or complex social care services.
