Position: Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) Location: Dudley/Sandwell Role and Responsibilities: Lead and deliver engaging lessons across various subjects, under the guidance of teachers. Provide one-to-one and group support to students, offering tailored assistance to meet individual learning needs. Collaborate with teachers to plan and implement differentiated learning strategies. Act as a role model for students, fostering positive behavior and a passion for learning. Contribute to classroom management and assist in maintaining a positive learning environment. Support students with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND) to ensure their full inclusion in lessons. Requirements: Hold a recognized HLTA qualification or relevant equivalent. Proven experience as a Higher Level Teaching Assistant, preferably in a school setting. Strong knowledge of the national curriculum and effective teaching techniques. Excellent communication, organization, and classroom management skills. A compassionate and patient approach, with a genuine passion for supporting students' growth. Pay Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position is a HLTA or equivalent qualification and experience we are able to obtain references for in a Primary School Setting.
