Required Skills & Qualifications
7–10 years of hands-on experience administering Micro Focus and/or Rocket
Software enterprise tools.
Strong proficiency in:
o Micro Focus Enterprise Server / Enterprise Developer / COBOL environments
o or Rocket Software tools (Rocket Terminal, Rocket Enterprise Automation,
Rocket Modernization tools)
Deep understanding of Windows/Linux server environments.
Experience with scripting languages (PowerShell, Bash, Shell, Python).
Knowledge of CI/CD tools (Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitLab, GitHub Actions).
Familiarity with enterprise monitoring tools (Splunk, Dynatrace, Nagios, etc.).
Strong expertise in troubleshooting, performance tuning, and platform optimization.
Understanding of networking fundamentals, firewalls, and load balancing.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
