Role: Team Leader
As a Team Leader, you will support the management team by effectively running shifts, motivating colleagues, and ensuring tasks are completed to a high standard. We seek colleagues who thrive on challenges and are committed to delivering one of the best convenience stores in the country. Your day-to-day responsibilities include:
* Delivering excellent customer service
* Creating a positive working environment
* Prioritising workload to maintain store standards and motivate the team
* Building strong relationships with the local community and hosting events
* Ensuring smooth, efficient operations in compliance with health & safety and other procedures
Both part-time and full-time positions are available.

Requirements
* Experience in food retail (essential)
* Supervisory experience (preferred)
* Positive attitude and teamwork skills
* Willingness to learn; full training provided
* Passion for retail and attention to detail
