They will create a positive and engaging learning environment, assess student progress, and provide feedback. The Class Teacher will collaborate with colleagues and parents to support student development and well-being. Required Qualifications: The ideal candidate must have Qualified Teacher Status, previous teaching experience, and a genuine passion for teaching. They should have strong communication skills and be able to effectively manage classroom behaviour. Education: A degree in Education or a related field is required. Additional professional development in teaching methodologies is desirable. Experience: Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in a classroom setting. Knowledge and Skills: The Class Teacher must have a strong understanding of the national curriculum, excellent time management skills, and the ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of diverse learners. Preferred Qualifications: Postgraduate qualification in Education, specialisation in a specific subject area, or experience working with students with special educational needs. Working Conditions: The Class Teacher will work in a school setting, following the academic calendar. They may be required to attend staff meetings, parent-teacher conferences, and school events outside of regular hours.
