Job Title: CRM Assistant

Reporting to: Head of CRM

Location: Head Office, White City Place, West London

Contract Type: Full time, 37.t hours per week

About the role:

ME+EM is looking for a CRM Assistant with experience executing email campaigns and working in a fast-paced environment. This is an entry-level role but we're looking for someone who is inquisitive and meticulous. The successful candidate will be conscientious and detail orientated, working closely with the rest of the CRM team as well as the Growth and Brand teams.

Responsibilities:

* Support the CRM Executive with execution of marketing newsletter email campaigns in English, French and German

* End-to-end testing of email journey – includes experience on website and email across devices and inbox providers.

* Supporting with the testing of automated lifecycle email communication journeys.

* Support with weekly and monthly email reporting.

* Support with the planning and execution of A/B content tests on email campaigns across all markets. .

* Daily CRM contact for Customer Care to troubleshoot problems, including sending out communications for delayed shipments, investigating voucher issues, mail subscriptions and other ad hoc queries.

* Daily CRM contact for stores to assist with catalogue shipment queries and VIP data.

* Manage monthly Trustpilot review email communications.

* Assist with the management of the ME+EM catalogue drops. This would include managing the collection of internal historical copies, ensuring they are distributed in the office & amongst stores.

* Monitor and manage direct mail suppression lists and communicate updates to external partners.

* Weekly customer and transactional data collation for reporting and campaign management.

* Execution of customer surveys, working with the Customer Insights Analyst to analyse responses and communication of outcomes.

* Developing team file structures and organising team Asana boards.

Skills:

* Experience working in a CRM team or similar marketing function

* Interest in the fashion and retail industry

* Customer obsessed and commercially driven

* Analytical with a high level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel

* Experience using an ESP such as Ometria

* Data literacy with a high level of attention to detail
