3. Manage and oversee property lettings and tenancy agreements.
4. Ensure properties are maintained to the required standards and organise necessary repairs or maintenance.
5. Handle tenant and landlord communications, providing timely updates and resolving queries.
6. Manage property inspections, inventories, and check-ins/check-outs.
7. Ensure compliance with property regulations and legal requirements.
8. Coordinate marketing efforts to advertise available properties effectively.
9. Monitor rental payments and handle any arrears efficiently.
10. Provide excellent customer service to both landlords and tenants.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Property / Letting Manager should have:
