What Youll Be Doing Lead and develop people processes from recruitment, onboarding and learning to performance, succession and retention. Coach managers and advise on employee relations, feedback, and engagement. Drive a positive and inclusive culture across all locations. Manage HR data, compliance, GDPR processes, and reporting. Deliver internal communications and feedback strategies that truly connect. Own recruitment end-to-end, delivering great candidate and manager experiences.
