Job Description
3. Respond to and resolve queries to the team from clergy, the public, public bodies, utility companies, etc, relating to property matters.
4. Respond to landlords' and tenants' queries and requests in a timely manner.
5. Liaising with contractors and vendors for timely and cost-effective property repairs and improvements.
6. Managing property leases, including renewals and terminations.
7. Ensuring compliance with all property regulatory standards and safety guidelines.
8. Assisting in the preparation and management of property budgets.
9. Providing excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
10. Preparing regular reports on property status and maintenance.
11. Contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the secretarial and business support team.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Property Administrator should have:
12. Strong communication and customer service skills.
13. Experience within an Administrative role.
14. Excellent organisational abilities and attention to detail.
15. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and property management software.
