Key Responsibilities
Work with the wider Social, Content and Creator team to:
* Ideate, concept, plan, shoot, film, edit and produce high quality social-first content across TikTok, Facebook and Instagram
* Immerse yourself in trends and be quick to react and produce relevant reactive content that is culturally sound and reflects our client’s marketing objectives.
* Play an important part in the conceptual process from storyboarding to scripting, creative and all outputs, including pitch decks, static images and videos
* Develop platform specific content calendars and exciting ways to activate and respond to briefs, reflecting key tentpole client and TFR moments
* Action the channel management and scheduling plan, publishing posts across major social platforms and using scheduling tools and tracker updates like Notion
* Ensure all content meets TFR’s standard of excellence and brand consistency
* Generate actionable insights from having your finger on the pulse and utilising social listening data to help guide content strategy and campaign development
* Activate the community engagement strategy, having an audience and brand-first mindset
* Constantly monitor the client social media channels and respond to the community as well as being proactive with comments and starting relevant conversations to build brand loyalty
* Monitor and analyse social media conversations, brand mentions and industry trends to identify opportunities and mitigate potential client and agency risks
* Conduct regular performance analysis and reporting, pulling together data to analyse results
Skills, Experience + Mindset
You’ll thrive here if you bring:
* At least 2 years’ agency experience as a hands-on Social Media Executive comfortable concepting, scripting, shooting and editing culturally relevant content across TikTok, Instagram and other major platforms
* Solid understanding of platform trends, native formats and algorithm behaviours
* A mixture of soft skills such as being a clear communicator, through to technical skills such as being able to shoot and edit using a variety of tech
* Cultural curiosity and a proactive mindset, eager to share your ideas and learnings with the team, as well as lead input into other creative concepts
* Organised, detail-driven and able to operate in a fast-paced, high-standards environment
* Ability to balance conceptual thinking with detail-oriented execution
* A commitment to continuous learning and improvement
