Theyare now actively looking to recruit for an experienced BodyshopWorkshop Controller based from their Bodyshop inWashington.
AbouttheJob
Youllbe responsible for the daytoday operation of the bodyshop workshopleading and managing a team of Technicians to maximise workflow andproductivity and ensure repairs are completed timely and accuratelydelivering the highest standards of quality for ourcustomers.
Youwill also support in carrying out necessary repairs to coverabsence within the team such as during holidayperiods.
Youwill oversee health and safety regulations and ensure safe workingpractices are adhered to within the workshop and carry out qualitycontrol ensuring repairs are carried out to the BSI PAS 10125standards.

Youwill have an extensive understanding of the accident repair /bodyshop industry vehicle legislation and trade practices as an METPanel or Paint Technician from an accident repair background andyou will ideally have supervisory / managementexperience.
Youwill have knowledge of all aspects of Health and Safety includingan understanding of the provisions of EPA and Risk Assessmentsexperience of working in a fastpaced workshop working in a job timestructure with a focus on producing compliant highquality work andproven ability to plan and priories work and work ofothers.
Additionallyyou will have excellent interpersonal communication and timemanagement skills with the ability to work underpressure.
