As a Marketing Communications Executive, you will play a core role in the marketing team supporting both our Groundforce and TPA businesses. You will help plan, implement, and evaluate marketing activity designed to enhance brand awareness, engagement, and commercial performance. The role requires working across a range of channels and projects, delivering high-quality marketing outputs, and collaborating regularly with internal stakeholders, external partners, and the sales team.
This is a hybrid role with 3 days in our Morley office and 2 at home.
Key Responsibilities
* Marketing Strategy & Planning: Assist in creating and delivering annual marketing plans and strategy, supporting quarterly reviews to ensure campaigns, events, and other marketing activity are aligned with business objectives and consistently executed. Coordinate across teams to maintain consistent messaging and activity.
* Campaigns & Advertising: Plan, implement, and report on campaigns across multiple channels including email, social media, print, and online advertising. Work with the sales team to drive engagement and generate leads while monitoring performance and recommending improvements.
* Events & Exhibitions: Organise and attend events and exhibitions, managing logistics, promotional stock, and exhibition kits. Support the creation of materials including signage, brochures, and digital content to ensure a professional and consistent presence.
* Branding & Internal Communications: Maintain brand consistency across all marketing outputs and channels. Support internal communications including newsletters, team updates, and employee engagement campaigns. Manage marketing assets and ensure visual and messaging standards are upheld.
* Content & Ad Hoc Marketing: Produce marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, presentations, social content, and press releases. Respond to ad hoc marketing requests from internal teams and ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
* Reporting & Insights: Support reporting on marketing activity, campaigns, and events, providing insights and recommendations to improve engagement, visibility, and effectiveness.
* Stakeholder & Supplier Support: Liaise with internal teams and external suppliers to deliver projects on time and on brief. Assist in briefing designers, printers, and agencies for campaigns, events, and materials, ensuring smooth delivery and alignment with the business.
What We're Looking For
* Marketing Experience: Previous experience in a marketing role, with a proven track record of executing campaigns across various channels.
* Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects, campaigns and brands. Experience with a project management tool preferable e.g. Monday.com.
* Organised and Detail-Oriented: Capable of managing multiple projects, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
* Collaborative and Adaptable: Works well in a team environment, open to feedback, and thrives in a dynamic workplace.
* Clear Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for engaging with stakeholders and suppliers.
* Eager to Learn and Grow: Enthusiastic about contributing to the success of the marketing team and the wider business objectives.
