💼 The Role:

Full-time Head Chef position

Shifts: 10:00–15:00 & 16:00–21:00
*
Salary: £30,000 to £32,000 per year
*
Free soft drinks and lunch during shifts
🍽️ What We’re Looking For:

A Head Chef with a strong background in English traditional food
*
Proven experience as a Head Chef managing and motivating a kitchen team
*
Ability to develop and innovate menus and dishes
*
Strong understanding of food hygiene and kitchen health & safety standards
*
A Head Chef who values fresh, seasonal, and locally sourced ingredients
🎯 Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and lead daily kitchen operations as the Head Chef
*
Create and update menus that showcase traditional British fare
*
Manage kitchen stock levels, food costs, and supplier orders
*
Ensure high standards of food presentation and consistency
*
Support and train the kitchen team under your leadership as Head Chef
