About the Role: As a SEND Teaching Assistant, you will: •Support secondary-aged students with a range of additional learning needs, including social, emotional, and communication difficulties. •Work closely with the class teacher and SENCO to implement individual support plans. •Help create a positive and inclusive learning environment where every child can thrive. •Provide one-to-one or small group support to promote engagement and progress.
