We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Business Analyst to work in the Virgin Money Integration Enabler Value Stream, within Customer Technology Mortgages & Financial Wellbeing on a permanent basis.

Our Virgin Money Integration Enabler is a growing team, and you’ll be joining at its infancy. We’ll expect you to be hands-on, collaborating with and influencing senior stakeholders to design and deliver business solutions that add significant value, achieve business success, and meet customer needs.

Your wider area, The Mortgages & Financial Wellbeing (M&FW) team, consolidates all technology teams for IT change and operations across residential Mortgages, buy-to-let Mortgages, and products supporting customer Financial Wellbeing, such as investments and insurance.

For this role, you will spend at least two days per week, or 40% if part-time, based at either our Swindon or London office. What you’ll be doing

* Collaborating with your team and other change roles to ensure comprehensive understanding of change, proper design, dependency identification, and timely delivery of business analysis artefacts.
* Using your business analysis or solution design expertise to identify optimal solutions, influencing technology and business decisions confidently and innovatively, considering external factors and dependencies.
* Potentially managing Business Analysts, ensuring their work is estimated, scheduled, prioritized, and meets quality standards.
* Engaging with diverse stakeholders using strong communication skills, establishing influential relationships with business and leadership teams. As the team grows, you may line-manage Business Analysts.
* Working proactively to identify, escalate, and resolve issues/risks, and continuously develop your skills while coaching your team on best practices.


About You

We ask that you have:

* Experience in delivering, prioritizing, sequencing, and sizing Business Analysis activities.
* Proven skills in defining business outcomes, requirements, process modeling, operational designs, and supporting end-to-end delivery for diverse needs.
* Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to provide meaningful insights and recommendations.
* Effective communication skills, capable of presenting to senior stakeholders on progress, blockers, and challenges.
* Experience in task and line management.
* Ability to work with multi-disciplinary, geographically dispersed teams, including internal, external, remote colleagues, and contractors.
* Broad knowledge of technology, digital design, business operational models, and optionally, experience with APIs and data analysis.
