Infor is seeking an Innovation Product Manager to join our dynamic global Product Management team for the M3 Industry Cloud Suites. You will help shape the future of our industry-leading ERP solutions, focusing on emerging technologies such as Artificial Intelligence (AI). In this role, you will drive innovation and strategic product initiatives, primarily by adopting technologies from our multi-tenant Infor OS Cloud platform, to deliver exceptional business value to our customers. This will be done in close collaboration with experienced Industry product managers and our development team.
As an Innovation Product Manager, you will interact with stakeholders including pre-sales teams, technical experts, development teams, industry strategy teams, other product managers, and customers. Your focus will be on identifying and prioritizing new and innovative solutions that enhance our M3 Industry CloudSuite offering and improve our competitive edge across various industries.
This is a customer-facing role where strong presentation skills are critical — from virtual meetings and customer presentations to speaking engagements at user groups, industry events, and customer meetings. You will represent Infor, explaining our solutions, roadmap, and direction, as well as understanding customer needs, challenges, and market trends.
Key Responsibilities
* Define the product innovation strategy and technology adoption for specific industry segments.
* Drive the adoption of emerging technologies (e.g., AI, Machine Learning, IoT) into our Infor M3 Industry Cloud Suites.
* Identify opportunities for new solutions leveraging cutting-edge technology to address customer challenges.
* Engage directly with customers to gather feedback, understand pain points, and find innovation opportunities.
* Deliver compelling presentations and product visions to user groups, customer events, and internal teams.
* Collaborate with pre-sales, development, industry strategy, and sales teams to shape product roadmaps aligned with market needs.
* Develop clear and actionable business cases and requirements for new initiatives.
* Work with global cross-functional teams to bring solutions from concept to launch.
* Stay informed about competitive landscapes, industry trends, and new technologies.
Required Qualifications
* Knowledge of Infor M3 or similar ERP platforms is strongly preferred.
* Passion for new technologies, especially AI, and their business applications.
* Experience working in a global team environment across multiple time zones.
* Exceptional communication and presentation skills in English, capable of addressing large audiences.
* Strong customer engagement experience — requirements gathering, presenting solutions, influencing decisions.
* Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable working independently without direct management responsibilities.
* Willingness to travel internationally up to 25%.
