Job Opportunity
As a Growth Marketing Executive at Travel Counsellors, you will be responsible for supporting a challenging agenda to deliver marketing activity to drive the recruitment of new Travel Counsellor franchisees, and marketing requirements and lead generation for the corporate travel division, ‘Travel Counsellors for Business’.
Providing a broader range of marketing support to these two strategically important areas of the business, you will be expected to work across performance marketing, content marketing, and CRM/email marketing to deploy campaigns and measure ROI.
Principal Accountabilities
* Manage and optimise digital marketing campaigns in collaboration with agencies to meet B2B lead generation targets.
* Create and execute content-driven nurture campaigns (emails, landing pages, CRM workflows) to support lead conversion and engagement.
* Support event promotion and execution for franchise and corporate recruitment, including briefing design assets and driving registrations.
* Develop multi-channel content (blogs, social, brochures, case studies) to align with recruitment objectives and amplify via social media.
* Monitor, analyse, and report campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and Freshworks to ensure alignment with KPIs.
* Maintain and update web content using CMS platforms (Contentful & Umbraco) and contribute to global marketing asset sharing and brand consistency.
Essential Skills
* Degree educated, ideally in a business or marketing-related subject
* Minimum 2 years’ experience in a marketing role
* Experience with website CMS
* Experience with CRM/email marketing tools
