Brief Description: As a Resourcing Business Partner Support, you will split your role between recruiting for high volumes of vacancies from approval to offer and supporting our Early Careers Manager with initiatives such as apprenticeships, graduates and work experience routes. You will work with the onboarding team on pre-employment issues and support administration tasks including updating trackers and creating reports. Your goal is to deliver an excellent candidate and manager experience while meeting deadlines, early career targets and ensuring compliance. You will manage shared inboxes and respond to stakeholder and candidate queries, interfacing with managers and Directors. You will maintain data, processes and systems with precision and advise hiring managers on recruitment methods and resourcing. You will support in creating business engagement to sign up to early career initiatives. Reporting into the Head of Resourcing, this role contributes to talent pipelines and promotes Network Rail as an employer of choice. Travel to various office locations or career events in Scotland will be required.
Role is external-facing and involves engaging with schools, colleges and universities to promote early careers opportunities.
