You’ll be trunking mail and parcels between depots in clean, well-maintained vehicles — playing a key role in keeping Britain’s post moving efficiently every day. Start times between 03:00 – 23:59 A variety of shift lengths to suit your lifestyle Immediate starts available Shifts issued one week in advance Accrued holiday pay & pension scheme Weekly or monthly pay — your choice Flexible working patterns (full-time, part-time, or even occasional shifts) Onsite canteen & parking What you’ll be doing: Driving a 7.5t vehicle, delivering and collecting mail and parcels between Royal Mail depots Completing safe, efficient trunking runs Complying with WTD and driver hours regulations Making manual entries on your digital tachograph when required Representing Royal Mail with professionalism and pride ✅ What we’re looking for: Valid 7.5t (C1) licence held for at least 2 years Minimum 180 days’ proven commercial driving experience Valid CPC and Digital Tachograph Cards No more than 6 penalty points (no DD/DR/IN/CD/TT endorsements) Strong geographical knowledge and professional attitude Confidence completing manual tachograph entries Willingness to pass a DBS security check Completion of site assessment and induction before your first shift Ready to get started?
