About the Role We are seeking a talented Proposals Engineer to join a growing engineering team delivering innovative solutions within automation across a range of industries. Working with the latest technologies in automation, controls, and intelligent systems, you will play a key role in developing competitive technical proposals that meet customer requirements and support business growth. This position offers the opportunity to manage proposal opportunities from concept through to submission, working closely with commercial, design, engineering, and project delivery teams to develop winning solutions. Key Responsibilities * Lead and coordinate technical proposal activities in line with company bid processes.
