Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Hotel Housekeeping Manager to lead our housekeeping team and maintain the high standards of cleanliness and guest service in our hotel.
As the Hotel Housekeeping Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day‑to‑day operations of the housekeeping department, including supervising the housekeeping team, managing schedules, conducting training, and ensuring that all guest rooms and public areas are cleaned to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and oversee the housekeeping team, including conducting performance evaluations, providing coaching and feedback, and overseeing training and development.
* Ensure that all guest rooms, public areas, and back‑of‑house areas are cleaned to the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
* Develop and implement housekeeping policies and procedures to ensure consistency and quality of service.
* Manage schedules, assign tasks, and ensure that all housekeeping duties are completed on time and to a high standard.
* Monitor and control housekeeping expenses, including labor and supply costs.
* Maintain inventory of housekeeping supplies and equipment and ordering replacements as needed.
* Respond promptly to guest requests and complaints and take appropriate action to resolve issues.

Ideal Candidate
* At least 2 years of experience in a hotel housekeeping management role.
* Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
* Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Strong communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with guests, team members, and senior management.
* Knowledge of cleaning techniques and housekeeping standards.
* Familiarity with inventory management and budgeting.
* Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
