We're on the lookout for a versatile and skilled maintenance professional to support our commercial site for a one-month assignment. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys hands-on work.
Key Responsibilities:
Carrying out minor plumbing and electrical tasks
Performing general building fabric repairs
Handling both scheduled maintenance and urgent fixes
Changing locks and completing small-scale repair jobs
What We're Looking For:
Solid experience in a similar maintenance role
Self-motivated with good time management
Strong troubleshooting abilities
Ready to start immediately
