You’ll work cradle-to-grave on projects, from initial customer engagement through to design, pre-staging, proof-of-concept, and handover.
Expect a 75% Pre-Sales / 25% Technical Delivery split—ideal for someone who enjoys customer interaction but still loves touching tech!
🎯 Key Responsibilities
* Pre-Sales Engagement: Attend customer meetings, understand requirements, design solutions, and assist sales teams with technical expertise.
* Solution Design & Implementation: Architect networks across LAN, WLAN, SD-WAN and security domains.
* PoC & Pre-Staging: Build out solutions to validate designs and provide technical assurance.
* Lifecycle Ownership: See projects through from engagement to delivery and transition to support.
💼 Ideal Candidate Profile
* Hands-on Networking Skills: Strong experience with Cisco, Fortinet, and Extreme Networks.
* Desirable: Exposure to Juniper Mist AI—a major MistAI rollout is coming soon!
* Core Tech:
* Cisco SD-WAN
* Cisco and Juniper LAN/WLAN
* Attitude: Someone technical, customer-focused, and eager to expand into greater pre-sales responsibility.
* Experience: Working with large-scale retail environments (beneficial but not essential).
