Warehouse Operatives Permanent West Malling, Kent Posted 2 days ago Up to £28000 per annum
Responsibilities
* Picking orders
* Manual handling
* Completing loading administration tasks
* Use of Prophet software, on hand scanners/desktop
* Safe operation of ride-on pallet and forklift trucks
* Unloading trucks
* Operating cardboard compactor
* Supplying the Pack House
* Ensuring all tasks are completed safely, adhering to all Company policies
* Monitor plant function and report any breakdown
* Any other warehouse duties commensurate with the smooth operation of the warehouse
Experience
* Current or recently elapsed ride on pallet truck licence
* Current driving licence
* Good numeracy
* Good physical fitness
* Basic understanding of computer operations (Windows)
* Willingness to learn to drive counter-balance forklifts
* Use of Prophet software for load building/picking/receiving of goods
* Driving counter-balance forklifts
* Scan picking/receiving and load building in a fresh produce environment
* Use of live stock management system
* Fresh produce environment experience
