Impact Recruitment are currently working with a client who are recruiting for a production operative. In this role you will be working with various hand tools and basic machinery to manufacture and assemble products. This is a workshop based role on a temp to perm basis. Location: Northampton (rural location so must drive) Salary: £13.50 per hour Hours: Monday to Friday 7:45am - 4:30pm Key Responsibilities: Assembly of products. Using hand held tools. Operating various machines. Quality control of products. Packaging and labelling. Working in a small team. Following diagrams & instructions.Candidate Requirements: Experience in production or manufacturing. Able to understande instructions. Keen eye for detail and quality. Experience working in teams and independantly. Must be able to drive to get to the site.
