Brand Manager - Licensing Partnerships
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Brand Manager to join a leading global food & drinks business.
This role offers the perfect blend of portfolio management, execution, and activation, focusing on a flagship brand with a focus on managing licensing partnerships with an exciting mix of established and high-growth retail and food & drinks brands.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead portfolio management and cross-brand initiatives, ensuring alignment with category and brand strategies
Generate and develop NPD ideas, driving projects from concept to implementation
Spearhead cross-functional teams to deliver local NPD projects and execute brand/shopper initiatives
Develop and execute through-the-line activations, including ATL, PR & shopper marketing
Own brand & portfolio performance monitoring & reporting
Manage stakeholder relationships, representing UK interests to global teams
Full A&P budget management
The Ideal Candidate:
We're seeking a passionate, entrepreneurial, and confident Brand Manager with:
Proven brand management experience, particularly in leading major product launches
Strong track record in innovation development and project management
Ability to inspire and engage teams, turning ideas into action
Excellent stakeholder management and presentation skills
Analytical mindset with a proactive and challenging approach
Strong communicator, both verbally and in presentations
Location: Berkshire (3 days/week in the office)
Package: £50 - 60k + bonus + benefits
