We’re working with a prestigious independent preparatory school looking for an enthusiastic, graduate-level Teaching Assistant to join their close-knit team. What you’ll be doing:
1. Supporting classroom teaching across EYFS or KS1/KS2
2. Working with small groups and individual pupils
3. Helping prepare resources, guide activities, and support learning outcomes
4. Assisting with pastoral care and building positive routines
5. Collaborating closely with teachers and leadership to maintain high standards
What we’re looking for:
6. A degree (any subject) – essential
7. A genuine interest in working with children and supporting education
8. A calm, professional manner and strong communication skills
9. Previous school experience is a bonus, but not required
